Established in July 1997, Fuda Holdings Group Inc. (formerly Guilin Fuda Group Co., Ltd.) is located in the picturesque Guilin, with a gross asset of nearly 10 billion Yuan and a workforce of over 3,000 employees. The Group’s core business is research & development, production and sales of automobile parts and components and main business is cultural tourism, tourism real estate, cold chain logistics and hotel management. Under the Group are more than 30 wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries distributed in different places such as Guilin, Liuzhou, Beihai, Guigang, Yulin, Xiangyang, Shanghai and Frankfurt of Germany. Guilin Fuda Co., Ltd., a subsidiary controlled by the Group, is an enterprise listed in the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange.

On July 10, 1997, Guilin Fuda Group Co., Ltd. was established officially.
2000

After acquiring and restructuring Guigang Bayi agricultural machinery plant, Guangxi Guigang Fuda Vehicles Co., Ltd. was established, producing low-speed vehicles.
2001

After acquiring Beijing clutch factory, Beijing Fuda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was restructured and established.
2002

Tsinghua-Fuda Auto System Technology Research Institute was established.

Yugui Hotel was acquired and transformed into Guilin Jolie Vue Hotel Co., Ltd.
2003

Guilin Fuda Crankshaft Co., Ltd. was established.

Fuda Group acquired and restructured Guangxi No.1 machine tool plant. Guilin Fuda Drive System Co., Ltd. was established.
2005

Fuda Group and Dongfang Cummins Motor Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement to co-establish Xiangfan Fuda Dongkang Crankshaft Co., Ltd.
2007

Guangxi Fuda Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in Beihai and commenced construction.

2008

Guilin Fuda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. affiliated to the Group was restructured into Guilin Fuda Co., Ltd.

Guilin Fuda Gears Co., Ltd. was established officially.

Guangxi Fuda Automobile Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation.
2009

Guilin Fuda Heavy Industry Forging Co., Ltd. was established.

Guilin Fuda Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. was established.

After acquiring and restructuring Quanzhou internal combustion engine accessory factory, Guilin Fuda Quanzhou High-strength Bolts Co., Ltd. was established.

Wuhan Fuda Crankshaft Co., Ltd. was established.
2010

After Guilin Yuchai Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd. was acquired and restructured, Guilin Fuda Machinery Co., Ltd. was established.
2011

Wuhan Fuda Crankshaft Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation.
2013

Shanghai Fuda Auto Parts Sales Co., Ltd. was established in Pudong of Shanghai.
2014

Guilin Fuda Co., Ltd. went public on Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Fuda Group (Shanghai) Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. was established in Pudong of Shanghai.

2015

Guilin Fuda Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. was established.

Liuzhou Sanjiang Guesthouse was acquired and Sanjiang Jolie Vue Hotel Co., Ltd. was established.
2016

Guilin China International Travel Service Co., Ltd. was restructured.

Sanjiang Fuda International Travel Service Co., Ltd. was established.

Yulin Diamond Bay Happy City Co., Ltd. was established.

Yangsuo Fuda Tourism Shipping Co., Ltd. was established.
2017

A ceremony was held for signing a cooperation contract on tourism development with the people’s government of Longsheng Ge Ethnic Group Autonomous County.

Longsheng Fuda Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. was established.

A ceremony was held for signing a contract on tourism project with the people’s government of Yangsuo County.

2018

Guilin Fuda Co., Ltd. and Germany Alfing Gessler GmbH co-invested to establish a joint venture of large crankshaft products.

Yulin Fuda Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. was established.

Yulin Fuda Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. was established.

Beihai Fuda Agricultural Products Cold Chain Co., Ltd. was established. Beihai International Agricultural Business Cold Chain Industrial Town commenced construction in October.

Fuda Yangsuo’s Heart large tourism complex project commenced construction.
